In 2011, Bean had a cocktail party on the Saturday after his 36th birthday.

There were no parties in 2010.

There were no parties in 2009, though Bean made a non-invite for his birthday.

In 2008, there was a Jenny + Bean's Greenpoint housewarming and also Bean's 33rd birthday party in June.

In 2007, the housecooling party did not happen, as Bean didn't actually move that summer, but there was a rooftop cookout for his birthday which also welcomed Jenny's move to Inwood.

In 2006, there was also a summer rooftop cookout.

In 2005, an April Fools' Day party, and at the one year aniversary of moving to Inwood, a house rewarming. Between the two, for Bean's 30th, there was no party.
